Looking for some info on the support stories for the Dell/EMC SAN
systems. I am sitting on the fence right now on going with Dell/MEC or
HP. We already know what the HP support is like and we are very happy
with it.

Can't find anybody local to me with a Dell/EMC san to ask.

Thanks

Strato, a big german Web-hoster was offline for days and had
problems for weeks afterwards due to problems with EMC storage
and support....

Might be that they just bought the cheapest possible equipment
and support contract....
